So, with the temperatures about to be the highest they’ve been all year, check out our hot new templates we created during the start of summer.

Backlog planning

Backlogs can easily lack organization, color, and your teammates willingness to participate. Our backlog planning template aims to resolve all three. The agenda and icebreaker can keep your meeting engaged and on track, whereas the brainstorming and initiatives sections provide clarity and encourage creativity. When the meeting is over, the template remains an easy-to-read reference for later.

Sprint backlog template

Everyone understands the importance of brainstorming. But after the storm is over, there’s a lot to clean up. This sprint backlog refinement template makes filtering through your brainstormed backlogs that much easier. You can use Visual Activities to decide which tasks to accept, break down, or reject and to rank the priority of the tasks accepted. The template guides you through these steps and provides an engaging space for collaboration.

Sprint estimation

Estimating tasks in the hybrid space can be tricky. Our sprint estimation template can help organize your tasks and show the general consensus (or lack thereof) of how many story points should be allotted to a task. With a story point line, having zero story points at one end and 21 at the other, participants can drag their icon to show their estimation for the task. Afterward, the team can reach an agreement and get ready for planning.
